8. Retention
Pilot enquiries are retained while they are evaluated and for a reasonable period afterward for business records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed.
Pilot video, sensor information, event clips, and model outputs follow the retention schedule stated in the applicable written agreement.
