1. Acceptance & Scope
These terms apply when you access or use the public Leak Sight AI website. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
Submitting a pilot request does not create a customer relationship, purchase commitment, service-level obligation, or facility deployment. Any pilot, paid service, data processing, support, or security commitment requires a separate written agreement.
2. Product Information
Leak Sight AI is a multimodal leak-intelligence and decision-support system for visible water and steam leaks around exposed above-ground pipes, valves, joints, and pumps. Product descriptions, diagrams, workflows, and supported environments may change as the service is updated.
Confidence values are decision-support signals, not guarantees of detection accuracy, facility safety, or a particular operational outcome.
Do not rely on this website to monitor an active facility, identify an emergency, or decide whether equipment is safe to operate.
3. Decision Support & Operator Responsibility
Leak Sight AI supports trained operators. It does not replace facility inspections, engineering judgment, approved maintenance procedures, emergency response, isolation or lockout procedures, regulatory duties, or human approval for critical actions.
Buried, occluded, small, or invisible leaks may require non-visual sensing. Weather, washdown, condensation, shadows, exhaust, camera obstruction, network conditions, calibration, and equipment changes can affect a visual system. No website statement promises complete coverage, guaranteed prevention, autonomous control, or detection of every leak.
4. Pilot Enquiries
Provide accurate business contact and qualification information and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not use the public form for credentials, personal data about workers, process video, emergency reports, export-controlled material, or confidential facility details.
Leak Sight AI may accept, decline, pause, or request more information about an enquiry. A pilot remains subject to technical fit, supported camera types, calibration, agreed monitored zones, data controls, operator availability, and a signed agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
Use the website only for lawful business purposes. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms and provides additional rules for authorized evaluations and system access.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
The website, Leak Sight AI name, visual identity, diagrams, text, software, and original material are owned by or licensed to Leak Sight AI and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to view and use the public site for internal business review.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, or create commercial derivative material from the site without permission, except for ordinary browser caching, internal business review, or uses allowed by law. Rights in facility data, pilot outputs, feedback, and model improvements are governed by the applicable pilot agreement.
7. Third-Party Technology & Names
Leak Sight AI supports edge deployments using NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, and DeepStream. Maintenance integrations are defined for each facility. References to third-party products do not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification.
Third-party products and websites are governed by their own terms. Leak Sight AI is not responsible for a third-party service merely because it is named or linked on this site.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how the website handles pilot enquiries and technical records. Facility video, sensor information, event clips, model outputs, retention, access, and data roles require written pilot terms before collection begins.
9. Availability & Changes
The site may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice for maintenance, security, product updates, or other operational reasons. Leak Sight AI may correct errors and update product scope, diagrams, and qualification requirements.
Leak Sight AI may revise these terms. Continued use after an updated version is published means the revised website terms apply from their stated effective date, subject to mandatory law.
10. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided for general information and evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, they are provided as available without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Nothing on the site is engineering, safety, legal, regulatory, or maintenance advice. Your organization remains responsible for its assets, inspections, operating decisions, procedures, and compliance obligations.
11. Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leak Sight AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of or reliance on the public website, including lost production, lost data, lost profits, or equipment damage.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for a signed pilot or paid service is governed by the applicable agreement.
12. Agreement Priority & Mandatory Law
If these website terms conflict with a signed pilot, confidentiality, data-processing, or service agreement, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter. Its governing-law and dispute terms also apply to that agreement.
These terms do not limit rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or restrict.
13. Contact
Use the Contact page for questions about these terms. State that the message concerns website terms and do not include confidential facility information.
